About the Role As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by managing high-reach equipment to optimize storage density and product accessibility. Your expertise in maneuvering heavy loads will directly impact our ability to fulfill orders accurately and maintain a seamless workflow in a high-volume distribution environment. Responsibilities Execute precise product placement and retrieval using stand-up reach trucks to maximize vertical warehouse space. Streamline inbound and outbound logistics by efficiently loading and unloading freight from trailers. Drive operational excellence by performing proactive equipment checks to ensure peak mechanical performance and safety. Contribute to inventory integrity by conducting cycle counts and updating digital tracking systems. Foster a collaborative environment by coordinating with floor teams to hit daily throughput targets. Uphold rigorous safety standards to minimize workplace hazards and maintain a high-functioning facility. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in operating reach truck equipment in a warehouse setting. Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials as required. Proven ability to follow complex safety procedures and operational directives. Basic technical literacy for navigating inventory management software. Preferred Skills Current reach truck operator certification. Previous experience in high-speed logistics or distribution centers. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.
