Material Handler - Westborough - 2nd shift

Shipping and Material Handling Associate responsible for packing, shipping, scanning, labeling, and processing domestic and international material shipments. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift Ability to lift at least 30 pounds Ability to read and follow English-language instructions Ability to use a handheld scanner Ability to work all scheduled shift days, including overtime as needed Ability to use computers and manufacturing software Ability to perform data entry Ability to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods Ability to work in a mechanical setting using power tools and related equipment Ability to provide steel-toed or hard composite-toed shoes Preferred Skills 1+ year of manufacturing experience Experience with ERP systems Experience with MES systems Experience with inventory management systems Experience interpreting manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, part drawings, or traveler paperwork Familiarity with safe material handling practices, including lifting, staging, cart usage, and PPE Experience with accurate labeling Experience using ticketing systems Experience with RMA shipping processes Experience supporting domestic and international shipping Job Responsibilities Pack and ship materials Lift materials up to 30 pounds Process domestic shipments Process international shipments Use handheld scanners to track material movement Use Support Sync or related ticketing systems Manage shipping requests through assigned queues Process offset requests Process regular RMA shipping requests Label materials accurately Enter shipping, inventory, or production data into computer systems Follow manufacturing documentation and shipping instructions Handle materials using safe lifting, staging, cart usage, and PPE practices

Pay:
