Demonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short letters and travelers Profound ability to communicate in personal and small group situations to employees of the organization Critical Thinking Skills Active Listening Skills Dependability Cooperation Adaptability/Flexibility Knowledge of conversion coating and previous experience is a plus but not required
