Many of the items we ship are fragile, heirloom-quality, and one-of-a-kind, so the care that goes into every package is part of the experience we deliver to our clients. The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to pack and prepare online orders for shipment to our clients. You will be the final set of hands on each order before it reaches a customer's door, ensuring every piece arrives beautifully presented and damage-free. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in careful, accurate work and enjoys a steady, organized warehouse environment. Please note, this is NOT a management position. What You Will Do Verify order contents for accuracy and quality based on order details Pack products securely for shipment, with special attention to fragile and high-value items such as ceramics, glassware, and pewter Use appropriate packing materials and techniques to protect goods in transit and reflect the Weston Table brand Weigh, label, and prepare packages using Shopify shipping Keep the packing and warehouse areas clean, organized, and well-stocked Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse upkeep as needed Support seasonal volume spikes (e.g., holiday periods) with flexibility and a team-first attitude What We Are Seeking High school diploma or equivalent Prior warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required, as we will train the right person Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Care and a steady hand when handling fragile, delicate, or high-value merchandise Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move for extended periods Comfort with basic computer and shipping software Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a small team A positive attitude and pride in a job well done Schedule & Location On-site at our Weston, MA facility Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Flexibility during peak seasons may be required Schedule, Pay & Seasonal Policies Pay rate: $22.00 per hour On-site at our Weston, MA facility, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00
PM Overtime:
Occasional mandatory weekend overtime is required during high-volume seasons. Overtime is paid at time and a half (1.5× the regular hourly rate). Peak season — paid time off: Due to high order volume, paid time off (PTO) is not available during our peak season, October through December. PTO requests outside of these months are welcome.
