AV Warehouse Technician- Seasonal Part Time

AVFX is looking for an experienced Audio Visual-Warehouse Technician! If you have AV experience, apply today. +Basic Experience with Audio, Video and Lighting gear is required. Position Overview The Warehouse Technician is responsible for preparing, loading, delivering, and unloading equipment, organizing the warehouse, and performing the quality control process on equipment upon return. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Show Pull, and Return

• Ensure all equipment and supplies are scanned accurately, and completely documented.
• Returned equipment is scanned and returned to the proper location in the warehouse.
• Equipment is loaded safely, and securely into an appropriate vehicle for transportation.
• Cross rental gear is complete, accurate, , and returns to the correct vendor.
• Changes or addition to the current contract are accurately accounted for and correctly documented. Inventory Maintenance
• Make sure all kits are physically stocked according to what is listed in rental software.

Check all equipment when it is returned, verifying that all contents are in the case and basic functionality is tested.

• A decline in performance or appearance of equipment is communicated to the Warehouse Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

This person must have a professional demeanor Familiarity with Windows 365, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
