This role requires exceptional attention to detail to ensure order accuracy, inventory integrity, and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and a team player with strong problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
- Pick apparel orders accurately according to order specifications
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring product quality and accuracy
- Verify order contents, quantities, styles, colors, and sizes before shipment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Drive company van locally between warehouse locations as needed to transport inventory and materials
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Organize, stock, and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or order issues
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding order status, inventory concerns, and operational needs
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization projects as needed
- Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines at all times Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required
- Forklift experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with warehouse management systems
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- True team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and varying temperatures
- Ability to safely drive between warehouse locations as needed Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse environment with frequent picking, packing, inventory movement, and shipment preparation activities.
