We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment / Production Associate to join our team. This person will play a key role in preparing, packing, and shipping online and wholesale orders, as well as assisting with the production and packaging of our roasted and flavored coffee beans. Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Process and print shipping labels using UPS WorldShip and ShipStation. Ensure all orders are packed safely, efficiently, and correctly labeled. Assist in the production area with weighing, bagging, and labeling roasted and flavored coffee. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both shipping and production areas. Communicate with the team to ensure timely order completion and delivery. Requirements Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping preferred. Familiarity with WorldShip , ShipStation , or similar shipping software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging and labeling. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
