Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory safely and efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker equipment and RF scanners to ensure accurate order fulfillment Stock shelves, bins, and storage areas by following proper stocking procedures and inventory management protocols Support warehouse distribution activities by loading trucks, unloading deliveries, and organizing stock for easy access Perform packaging tasks for outgoing shipments, ensuring items are secure and meet quality standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety guidelines and conducting routine inspections Experience Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Hands-on experience with forklift operation, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is highly desirable; certification is a plus Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is advantageous Basic math skills for counting inventory, verifying quantities, and calculating weights or measurements Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately in order picking & packing processes Ability to lift heavy loads safely and stand for extended periods during shift hours Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your energy fuels our success!
