Advantage Technical is hiring a Material Handler for a 1st shift opportunity.

$20/hour If you have hands-on warehouse experience and know your way around a forklift, this role offers steady hours and competitive pay. What You'll Do (Job Duties) Receive, identify, store, and deliver raw materials and parts for processing, assembly, or shipment Label, pack, and load items per specifications; assist with unloading incoming trucks Work from shop orders, material requisitions, and receiving reports to disposition materials Fill and distribute material and repair orders Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and dollies Handle and dispose of hazardous and non-hazardous waste per local, state, and federal requirements Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Communicate effectively with team members; attend team meetings Keep equipment and work area clean and organized Follow all safety procedures What You Bring (Qualifications and Requirements) 1+ years of material handling, inventory control, or warehouse operations experience 1+ years of forklift operation experience; certification a plus Familiarity with shipping notices, packing lists, and assembly prints Basic computer and Excel skills High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Competitive weekly pay Weekly direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Optional 401(k) Take the first step toward your next opportunity in Cockeysville's manufacturing and distribution community. .
