About Us We are a growing greenhouse and horticulture supply company serving both commercial growers and local customers through our warehouse and storefront. As a small, fast-moving team, we take pride in working hard, moving quickly, and getting orders out accurately and on time. Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Delivery Associate . This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a mix of warehouse work, order fulfillment, customer interaction, and occasional driving. This position is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn multiple aspects of operations and grow with a company. What You'll Do Pick and pack e-commerce orders (small parcel shipments) Prepare and stage commercial orders (including pallet-sized shipments) Load and unload trucks (incoming and outgoing freight) Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory Help customers in our storefront as needed Operate a box truck for local deliveries (as needed) Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to stay active throughout the day Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and move quickly Dependable and punctual Team-oriented but able to work independently Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs regularly Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for deliveries) Forklift experience is a plus (but not required - we can train the right person) Why This Role is a Great Fit Great entry point into warehouse, logistics, and operations work Opportunity to learn multiple parts of the business (not just one task all day) Small team environment where your work directly matters Opportunity for growth as the company continues to expand Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional overtime depending on workload Pay Based on experience Opportunity for raises based on performance How to Apply Apply through Indeed or submit your resume.
