Job Description

Warehouse Associate / Lumper (General Labor)
Pay:
$17.50 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Primary Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Alternate/Extended Shift:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (or later as needed)
Job Description:
On Target Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates / Lumpers to support daily operations in a clients fast-paced distribution environment. This position focuses on unloading, sorting, palletizing, and staging products while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, sorting, and maintaining a clean work area Load and unload freight manually from trailers, containers, and trucks Sort and organize products for storage or shipment Stack, palletize, and stage goods for distribution Accurately label, tag, and prepare products for tracking and shipping Unload, sort, and stage inbound and outbound shipments, including small parcel shipments Divert products to correct locations within the warehouse Assist with shipping and receiving, including basic documentation and data entry Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Basic computer skills preferred Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
Warehouse environment with varying temperatures Overtime and extended hours may be required based on business needs
