Overview:

Baldor Specialty Foods is seeking a Warehouse Loader to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately loading trucks with food products, ensuring orders are staged correctly, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Load outbound trucks accurately and efficiently based on pick sheets and staging areas Verify product quantities and ensure correct items are loaded for delivery routes Safely operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and pallet jacks Stage and organize pallets in designated loading areas Perform visual checks to ensure product quality and proper handling Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards Follow company SOPs, HACCP, GMP, and safety guidelines at all times Work closely with warehouse selectors, receivers, and transportation team to ensure smooth operations Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred (food distribution a plus) Experience using electric pallet jacks (EPJ) highly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularly Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching Comfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment

Schedule & Work Environment:
