Overview:

Baldor Specialty Foods is seeking a Warehouse Loader to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately loading trucks with food products, ensuring orders are staged correctly, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Load outbound trucks accurately and efficiently based on pick sheets and staging areasVerify product quantities and ensure correct items are loaded for delivery routesSafely operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks (EPJ) and pallet jacksStage and organize pallets in designated loading areasPerform visual checks to ensure product quality and proper handlingMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standardsFollow company SOPs, HACCP, GMP, and safety guidelines at all timesWork closely with warehouse selectors, receivers, and transportation team to ensure smooth operationsMeet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred (food distribution a plus)Experience using electric pallet jacks (EPJ) highly preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamFlexible availability, including weekends and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs regularlyStanding and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Frequent bending, lifting, and reachingComfortable working in a cold/refrigerated environment

Schedule & Work Environment:
