Role Description Wisdom Group LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver for a full-time, on-site position in Laurel, MD. This role involves both warehouse work and local delivery duties. Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory, loading and unloading products, operating warehouse equipment, driving a non-CDL box truck for local deliveries, and assisting with unloading containers when shipments arrive. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and able to represent the company professionally when interacting with customers. Responsibilities Drive a non-CDL box truck for local deliveries Receive, organize, and maintain inventory in the warehouse Load and unload products safely and efficiently Inspect items for accuracy and condition Assist with order picking, packing, and general warehouse operations Help unload containers when shipments arrive Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow company safety and operational procedures Represent the company professionally during customer interactions Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or order fulfillment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating a non-CDL box truck Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard Ability to lift and move heavy products on a daily basis Ability to perform both warehouse work and delivery duties Team-oriented attitude and commitment to workplace safety High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in a similar role is a plus Long-term commitment preferred What We Offer Full-time stable position Weekly or bi-weekly pay PTO after eligibility period Opportunity to grow with the company Chinese-speaking candidates are welcome to apply.
