Job Summary:

Atlantic Marina on the Patapsco is seeking a reliable and hardworking Marina Yard Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations of the marina yard, ensuring boats and equipment are properly maintained, stored, and prepared for customer use. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with launching, hauling, and moving boats within the marina yard. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of boats, trailers, and marina equipment. Operate marina yard equipment such as forklifts, trailers, and boat lifts safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the marina yard and surrounding areas. Support the marina team with customer service tasks, including greeting customers and assisting with inquiries. Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly. Assist with inventory management and stocking of marina supplies as needed. Follow all marina policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a marina, boat yard, or related environment is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and boat lifts (training provided if necessary). Strong physical ability to lift, carry, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license required.

Work Environment:
