Job Description
Warehouse Associate (Picking)
Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Warehouse Associate to support picking, material handling, and production operations for a manufacturing facility in Sparrows Point, MD. This individual will be responsible for pulling and accurately picking materials and components based on work orders to support assembly and production lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include staging picked orders for manufacturing teams, operating forklifts, turret trucks, and order pickers throughout the warehouse, and maintaining inventory organization and accuracy. The ideal candidate will work closely with warehouse and production personnel to communicate material needs, support production timelines, and ensure parts are delivered quickly and efficiently. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with receiving and general warehouse duties as needed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
