Westminster, MD Join an ecologically minded team dedicated to the improvement of the environment while maintaining a safety-focused mindset working in the yard as a reclamation specialist for Safety Tank of Maryland all while making the world a cleaner place every day! Safety Tank of Maryland reclamation specialists are responsible for the safe and efficient processing and disposal of used and unused compressed gas cylinders, hard goods, and associated products. This position is physically active and will be responsible for breakdown and disposal of many different types of gas cylinders. Safety Tank of Maryland reclamation specialists are the cornerstone of our operation and ensure that our customers' needs are met by managing and reducing onsite cylinder inventory through active problem-solving strategies. What you will be doing:

Using hand powered tools and equipment. Accurately count and record the quantities and styles of products delivered by our drivers. Consistently using multi-tasking strategies throughout your workday. Conduct and report pre-operational and post-operational inspections on yard equipment such as forklifts and other machinery. Identify need for timely repairs and/or maintenance of onsite machinery. Working on your feet throughout the day in changing weather conditions. This Job is 95% outdoors and will require working in various weather conditions throughout the year. Lifting 75lbs consistently throughout the day, most cylinders are 15

• 25lbs, but some do exceed 75lbs and will require a team lift or tools.

Extracting unused gases from gas cylinders following standards that ensure a safety-first mindset. Other duties as assigned by operations team.

Ability to use and/or learn how to use hand powered tools and equipment. Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite. Ability to conduct pre-operational inspections and post operational inspections of yard equipment and machinery. Ability to multi-task consistently throughout the day. Ability to pass a background check and Drug Test. Ability to work on your feet for an entire shift. A strong work ethic with a teamwork centered mindset. Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 75 pounds continuously throughout the day.
