Job Description
Join the Rancourt & Company team as our warehouse associate. Rancourt & Company is a high end shoe manufacturer selling to some of the most renown brands in the world. As a family of shoemakers we have 58 years of experience. Our home base has always been Lewiston ,Maine. Our ability to continue this legacy is a testament of our dedication to craftsmanship and community. The position is full time Monday through Friday. The job requires an understanding of warehouse processes: such as raw material flow in and then out to the factory floor. You'll be required to set up work jobs daily and post information accurately to our inventory management system. The work will require good communication skills for both our internal needs as well as external ones. Comfort with various software programs is a must. Each of our customers have unique demands in regards to utilizing software shipping programs You'll be asked to participate in weekly management meetings with the expectation that you can bring your experiences and knowledge to the group for problem solving. You will report directly to the Director of Operations. We would like the candidate to have 1 to 3 years of experience. Has the ability to work well with others and can prioritize daily task in an efficient manner. Being organized and willing to work in the most efficient manner brings success.
