Position Overview The Warehouse/Delivery Driver supports daily operations by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe and timely deliveries, and a clean, organized warehouse environment. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to maintaining smooth operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable representing the company during customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Pick, pack, and stage orders with accuracy and attention to detail Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized warehouse, including shelves, aisles, and loading areas Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory control Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed) Delivery & Customer Interaction Load company vehicles safely and efficiently Deliver orders to customer shops, jobsites, and other locations in a timely, professional manner Provide friendly, courteous service during deliveries and represent the company positively Obtain delivery signatures, verify order accuracy, and communicate any issues promptly Follow all DOT, safety, and company driving standards General Support Assist with light facility upkeep (sweeping, trash removal, basic outdoor tasks) Help with occasional in‑store customer pickups or product loading Support office or warehouse staff with miscellaneous tasks as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly and work on your feet Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional, courteous communication with customers and coworkers Forklift experience a plus (or willingness to be trained) Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
