Job Description

Job Summary:
Midwest Ag Solutions is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for loading and unloading inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, assembling kits for customer orders, and entering data into our ERP system (Microsoft Business Central). The ideal candidate must have at least one year of warehouse experience and be able to safely operate a forklift and skidsteer. Possessing strong organizational and computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications is preferred.
Work Schedule:
Hours are typically 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday - 45 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Load outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently Unload incoming deliveries and verify inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Assemble kits and customer orders for shipment Enter and update inventory information in Microsoft Business Central Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions Work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on warehouse experience Ability to safely operate a forklift and skid steer Strong organizational and computer skills, reliability, and work ethic ERP experience is not required but is considered an asset Ability to lift and carry materials up to 100 lbs
