FCA Group U.S. Distribution & Trade (USDT) is the legal partner to the U.S. sales, dealer network, and aftersales groups, advising on all aspects of the manufacturer-dealer relationship. This work includes franchise law compliance, dealer operations and disputes, pricing and incentive programs, vehicle allocation, warranty matters, and other dealer‑facing initiatives. USDT is seeking a Staff Attorney to advise business partners and manage dealer disputes and related litigation.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and counsel to Stellantis business groups on issues affecting the manufacturer-dealer relationship, including interpretation of dealer agreements and matters involving dealer franchise law, vehicle and parts sales, warranty, and audit Draft and review documents related to dealer agreements and dealer transactions, including letters of intent, notices, and dealer correspondence Manage dealer‑related franchise litigation with outside counsel, including discovery, case strategy, and coordination with internal stakeholders Support the development and refinement of business policies and programs, including risk analysis and document drafting EOE/Disability/Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
