3rd Shift, 10:30pm to 7am (Monday-Friday; some weekends) Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations, including material handling, inventory movement, production line assistance, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires consistent use of a forklift and occasional operation of a box truck to transfer materials between facilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Material Handling & Forklift Operation Safely operate a forklift to: Double‑stack finished goods pallets near production lines. Pull raw materials for production lines and batching operations. Stage finished goods as directed for outbound shipment or storage. Load drop trailers and outbound shipments. Transportation Transfer materials to and from a company owned storage facility using a company box truck (valid driver's license required). Warehouse & Facility Duties Maintain a clean and organized receiving dock area, including inside the dock and the exterior area. Ensure materials, pallets, and equipment are properly stored and handled according to safety procedures. Production Line Support Assist on production lines, including packaging, general labor, and cleaning tasks as needed. Additional Responsibilities Follow all safety rules, operating procedures, and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Ability to safely operate a forklift and box truck. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, forklift traffic, and production equipment. PPE required according to company guidelines. 3rd Shift $1.00 per hr shift premium also applicable.
