Warehouse Shipping Specialist

Roles & Responsibility:

1) Inbound Handling

• Monitor incoming shipments and prepare the required documentation.
• Inspect and verify inbound shipments for quantity and quality upon warehouse arrival. -Assist shipping supervisor with any incoming shipments. - Assist drivers if needed with information regarding delivery. 2) Outbound Handling
• Prepare outbound shipments as per the shipping schedule
• Monitor inventory on the warehouse floor to ensure accuracy.
• Verify packed quantities by cross-checking the packing list, actual prepared items, and parcel counts.
• Monitor customer and logistics portals for shipping requirements and any changes regarding shipments.
• Provide support to the warehouse manager/shipping supervisor, including handling LOTS transactions and generating labels/documents from customer portals. 3) Rework Handling
• Support product repacking if it needed 4) Additional Responsibilities
• Actively participate in both inbound and outbound processes — hands-on involvement is expected.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts checks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the warehouse manager. Experience
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
