Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•4:00 PM Job Summary Decorative Concrete Resources is seeking a reliable, motivated team member for our Byron Center location. This position combines warehouse operations, color production, shipping & receiving, and customer service. We're a small team, so flexibility and teamwork are essential. Key Responsibilities Inventory management and organization Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly facility Provide excellent customer service (in-person and phone) Answer phones and process customer orders Load customers and assist with pickups Perform warehouse color production Handle shipping and receiving of materials Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational needs Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively Qualifications Strong communication and basic computer skills Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs Comfortable multitasking and shifting between tasks Forklift operation experience preferred (training available) Concrete or construction industry knowledge is a plus Social media marketing experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Work Environment Modern office and warehouse setting Small team environment where employees support each other to maintain daily operations About Us Decorative Concrete Resources (DCR) is a full-service distributor of decorative concrete products serving the Midwest, with locations in Saginaw and Byron Center, Michigan.
