2nd Shift General laborer / Material Handler

Steel 21 is seeking a full time Material Handler / General laborer on 2nd shift. Must be willing to work overtime when needed and be flexible with shift hours. This position is fast-paced and physically demanding. •$2.00/hour shift premium for 2nd shift•

Duties:

Load and unload CNC machines Drive Forklift Label and organize orders on skids for shipping Inspect each job thoroughly Operate large hand disc grinders Deburr, clean and label parts Keep work area clean Empty steel chip bins Hold self to high standard of quality, taking pride in your work

Skills and Qualifications:

Drive and operate a forklift Lift up to 50 lbs Stand for long periods of time Ability to read a tape measure Dependability is a must Strong work ethic Communicate effectively with other employees Be a team player Have and maintain a good attitude Hourly wage based upon experience and benefits available.
