Mow Crew/General Labor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Crew/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. This role involves various tasks related to landscaping, maintenance, and general labor, contributing to the beautification and upkeep of residential and commercial properties. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, lawn care, and garden upkeep. Engage in tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Dig holes for planting trees or shrubs and prepare soil for new installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are clean and properly stored after use. Other general labor including cleaning, spotting, and other. Skills Experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing and garden care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of tree care practices, including trimming and pruning techniques. Familiarity with snow plowing operations during winter weather conditions. Strong physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks, including digging and lifting. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to landscaping and maintenance work.
