In this energetic role, you will contribute to various hands-on tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Duties Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment on-site Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and materials as needed Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment Perform general cleanup duties to ensure work sites remain tidy and hazard-free Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule Skills Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented mindset Good communication skills for effective teamwork and instructions comprehension Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks quickly Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in construction or industrial settings (nice-to-have) Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role This position is designed for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects.
