Job Overview:

Selectors will pick produce cases from slots and stack product on walking pallet jack (cases weight 1

• 50# each), stage pallets on loading docks, and load pallets on 24' straight trucks. Select and pull between 400
• 500 packages per night.

Demonstrate attention to detail by evaluating produce quality, by ensuring the quality of products loaded onto trucks. Be a good communicator with your team members and management. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. 1 year of picking/selecting experience preferred. Ability to operate typical warehouse machinery and tools and willingness to become certified in operating a forklift. Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and move on & off equipment regularly. Must have manual dexterity and be able to lift 70 lbs safely, reach product as tall as 6 feet and work standing up for 8+ hours per day.
