The Meridian Company is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual with a positive attitude to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone working in a warehouse or labor role who wants to break into the HVAC field and build a long-term career . You'll start by supporting our warehouse and operations team while learning the trade, with a clear path to train and transition into an HVAC Install Helper role alongside our experienced technicians. 100% Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Disability & Term Life Insurance Matching 401(k) Ongoing HVAC training, development, and career advancement Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) What YOU will do: Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep the warehouse organized and clean Support load-outs and staging materials for HVAC installations Assist with fleet maintenance and keep vehicles job-ready Safely lift, move, and load equipment up to 100 lbs Operate trucks and trailers as needed Learn HVAC tools, materials, and installation basics from experienced team members Gradually transition into the field as an HVAC Install Helper , assisting with installs and gaining hands-on experience Participate in safety training and follow all safety procedures Deliver excellent service when interacting with team members and customers What YOU will bring: Valid driver's license Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn a skilled trade and grow into HVAC Ability to handle a physical workload (lifting up to 100 lbs) Organizational skills and a team-first attitude
