Warehouse Associate - Order Puller

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Puller to join our warehouse team. As an Order Puller, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick products from shelves according to order specifications. Prepare orders for shipment by packing and labeling items as needed. Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or defective items. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety. Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times. Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Help with inventory control and restocking as necessary. Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in warehouse, order pulling, or inventory management preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Previous forklift certification.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Must be comfortable using warehouse equipment.
