5AM,7AM, and 9AM Start time Position Overview We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced environment working with fresh food products. This role involves handling, processing, and packaging produce while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are consistently met. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a team setting. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment and assist in food processing and packaging Handle and prepare fresh food products in a safe and efficient manner Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Accurately label, pack, and prepare products for shipment Maintain cleanliness of workstations and production areas Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines Assist with changeovers and basic equipment troubleshooting as needed Qualifications Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (food industry a plus) Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in a cold or refrigerated environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic #ARROW
