Highland Supply Welcome to Highland Supply, a fast growing, family owned and operated business established in 2010. We're a distributor for paper products and dry goods in the food service and facility industry. Our growth has placed us in three locations around Michigan including Highland (Headquarters), Grand Rapids, and Gaylord. Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our logistics operations forward! In this vital role, you will be responsible for picking daily orders using a pick ticket system. You'll also be responsible for breaking down pallets, putting inventory away on shelves and general housekeeping of the warehouse facility. Candidate must be a self-started, motivated, safety first attitude and great team player. Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such pallet jacks, handcarts Utilize pick tickets to accurately pick daily orders Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment Stock shelves efficiently, organize inventory using proper labeling techniques, and maintain a clean workspace to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment using basic math skills for accurate record keeping Support warehouse distribution operations by loading trucks, unloading incoming shipments, and ensuring proper handling of goods Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate and pay range is based on experience Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order accuracy Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
