Pay:

$22.25 plus a $2 shift premium (2nd shift)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Using several QAD screens to problem-solve issues & input data Strong team skills Hi-Lo experience Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Good verbal, written, and communication skills Replenishment, the right product at the right time Reports material damage before Adient possession Participates in continuous improvement projects Required Skills and Experience Demonstrated self-starter - self-directed Ownership of Process/area Attention to Detail and Accuracy / Quality / Organization Effective communication skills / driving changes in processes Good people skills Lifting required Will need to take a written and driving hi-lo test Stand up experience Desired Skills Loading and unloading trucks Receive inventory (clocking in, verifying) Shipping, Staging, and verifying shipments to customers Knowledge of QAD / Basic Computer Knowledge Demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability to work within a single manufacturing facility with multiple products and customers.
