Job Description
Assembly General Laborer Assembly General Laborer will report directly to the Assembly Team Leader, however much of the directions on projects will come from the Floor Supervisor.
- Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Able to read and write
- Must have mechanical(mechanic) knowledge
- Able to read tape measure and use common hand tools
- Confidence with power tools and machinery: saw, drill, belt sander
- Math skills needed
- Maintain a clean and uncluttered work area, adhering to all safety protocols
- Experience driving fork trucks a plus
- Self-motivated
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
Required Attributes:
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong time management
- Regular attendance and daily punctuality are necessary
- Willingness to learn and desire to contribute as part of a dynamic team
- Must be able to follow directions
- Ability to work independently to meet production expectations
