General Labor

Crown Staffing is currently seeking experienced General Laborers to fill openings with a local Manufacturing company in Jonesville, MI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with production and manufacturing processes as directed by supervisors. Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials, finished products, and supplies. Operate basic production equipment and tools following established procedures. Inspect products for quality and report defects or concerns to management. Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the facility. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Support inventory control activities and material movement throughout the plant. Perform general housekeeping and facility maintenance tasks as needed. Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and dust.

Work Environment:

Manufacturing and production facility environment. Exposure to moving machinery and industrial equipment. Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated by company policy. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production demands. Safety Expectations- Safety is a core value.

Employees are expected to:

Follow all safety rules and procedures. Properly wear required PPE. Report unsafe conditions immediately. Participate in safety meetings and training. Maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.
