General Labor Production Associate-Immediate Opening

Hiring for morning shift starting at 9am, Hiring for night shift starting at 6pm. Please specify which one you are applying for. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately. Pay starts at $15/hr, and can increase pending on trial period. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical devices to assemble components accurately and efficiently Assist with the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of machinery as needed Perform routine inspections of products and equipment to maintain quality standards Support warehouse functions including material handling, and shipping preparation Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing or factory environments is preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with assembly line operations are highly desirable Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, or working in warehouse settings is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks as required Prior factory or warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment and procedures Clean background is required
