Full Job Description About Us:
Willow Street Motors LLC is a licensed Michigan automotive recycler and parts supplier specializing in high-quality used OEM components. We operate a fast-paced indoor facility focused on inventory accuracy, efficient fulfillment, and strong online sales performance. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Stocking and organizing automotive parts within the warehouse Picking and pulling parts for customer orders Assisting with packaging and preparing parts for shipment Labeling, inventorying, and locating parts within the facility Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization Assisting with vehicle processing and general salvage yard operations Operating hand tools and basic shop equipment Assisting team members with various warehouse and shop projects Moving parts and materials throughout the facility Conducting quality checks to ensure accurate order fulfillment Supporting inventory counts and cycle counts Assisting with general facility maintenance and housekeeping Following all company safety procedures and policies Qualifications Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift heavy auto parts regularly Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required Forklift experience is a plus but not required Automotive parts knowledge is a plus but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants an opportunity to grow within the automotive recycling industry. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $15.00 per hour Full-time position On-the-job training provided Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibilities Paid time off and benefits Schedule Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Day shift. No automotive experience required—we can train the right person. Reliability, attitude, and work ethic are what matter most.
