In this energetic role, you will assist in various hands-on tasks involved in the cleaning, repairing, and finishing of textiles, ensuring high-quality results for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing processes, materials handling, and textile care while contributing to a team dedicated to excellence. Duties Assist with the inspection of textiles for quality issues and ensure they meet company standards Operate sewing machines and perform basic sewing repairs on damaged textiles Handle materials carefully during cleaning, repair, and packaging processes Support the use of mechanical tools and machinery involved in textile restoration tasks Participate in packaging finished textiles securely for shipment or storage Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move textiles efficiently within the facility Follow lean manufacturing principles to maintain an organized workspace and optimize workflow Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with quality inspection, sewing, or manufacturing processes is preferred Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort operating machinery such as sewing machines and machining tools Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment Experience with screen printing or related finishing techniques is a plus Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is desirable Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards during inspection and repair tasks Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with lean manufacturing practices is advantageous Join us in transforming textiles through dedicated craftsmanship!
