#LI-Skilled-01 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Specialist. This role involves the physical handling and management of storage boxes, bins, and totes, which can weigh between 24 lbs and over 100 lbs. The position requires frequent kneeling, squatting, reaching, and bending throughout the shift. Responsibilities Process orders and move boxes of files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials. Manually lift, carry, and arrange boxes while standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting. Lift and carry boxes ranging from 10-100 lbs regularly, without assistance. Load and safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks on uneven and concrete surfaces. Use the proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes. Operate handheld scanner. Climb and balance on ladders. Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level or on carts. Load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks manually and with material handling aids. Qualifications Ability to walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods. Capability to work without assistance to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including up and down inclines, stairs, and over changes in walking surface/elevation. Proficiency in reading and writing English. Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance for prolonged periods. Experience in loading, operating, and moving hand carts, pallet jacks, and various other material handling aids.
