• Position Overview
• The Warehouse Associate is responsible for all activities within the warehouse, including, but not limited to Operations Management, Inventory, and Systems Management, as well as Safety, Security, and Compliance.
• Job Duties
• + Oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.

+ Operate forklift to safely load and unload shipments in the yard. + Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and maintain quality standards. + Monitor and manage the flow of goods to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. + Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to optimize overall supply chain performance. + Manage physical inventory counts and cycle counting programs to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy. + Utilize the Warehouse Management System (SAP) to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports. + Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions. + File SOPs for WMS utilization. + Ensure all warehouse operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and environmental standards. + Develop and enforce robust safety protocols and conduct regular safety training sessions for all staff. + Maintain the security of the warehouse and inventory by implementing and managing security systems and access controls. + Conduct regular safety audits and address any identified hazards immediately.

• Qualifications
• Required
• Prior experience operating a forklift. Must be at least 21 years of age. Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently follow detailed instructions while operating safely. Valid driver's license along with a clean Motor Vehicle Report. Must pass the Davey Driver's Safety Course and obtain DOT driving certifications (if 21 years or older). Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Preferred
• Ability to use electronic devices and technological tools in the field, including iPads, computers, and warehouse management software. Previous experience in performing manual labor outdoors. High school diploma.
