Hourly Rate:
$15.00 per hour (No fringe benefits provided)
Note:
Summer operations will be closed the week of June 29•July 3. There will be no scheduled work this week.
Qualifications:
Must be in good physical and mental health. Able to lift 60 pounds; Able to follow directions; Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as a member of a team. Must be 18 years old or older.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Painting cleaning lockers cleaning classrooms moving and cleaning furniture maintenance of athletic fields outdoor cleanup other miscellaneous duties as directed by administration
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts; ability to compute percentages and to interpret graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Personal computer skills necessary. Ability to apply knowledge of current research and theory in specific field. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and the school community. Ability to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communication. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
