Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Laborer, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our distribution operations forward! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for supporting inventory management, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in warehouse management systems, and materials handling—all while contributing to a fast-paced logistics operation that keeps products moving seamlessly. Duties Assist with inventory control by stocking, organizing, and tracking products Support order fulfillment activities including order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch Manage shipping & receiving tasks by verifying inbound and outbound shipments Conduct stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies Handle materials with proper safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards, including heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge of equipment Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall workflow Assist in construction or manufacturing-related tasks as needed to support warehouse operations Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution environments is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to OSHA regulations Mechanical aptitude or construction experience can be beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real impact!
