Adhere to all safety guidelines, housekeeping standards, and company policies while working in the warehouse and at inspection/packing tables. Essential Skills Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, and multiply to support counting, piece-rate tracking, and basic measurements. Ability to read and write clearly to complete paperwork and basic data sheets related to parts, inspections, and productivity. Capability to lift up to 40 pounds safely and repeatedly as part of handling and packaging parts. Experience in quality inspection using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Comfort performing repetitive visual inspection tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to quality standards and procedures. Reliability in meeting scheduled hours and maintaining consistent productivity and quality levels. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working with written work instructions and following documented processes.
