Job Description:
Asphalt Specialists, LLC. has an immediate opening for a Shop Clean-up person in Pontiac, MI. The person would be responsible for cleaning the outdoors, parking lot, garage, by removing debris, emptying trash, and sweeping, mopping, pressure washing, cleaning windows and mirrors to keep areas neat and tidy. Knowledge of general maintenance required. Hours are 6am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.
Experience and Skills:
Requirements:
Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds Experience with general preventative maintenance of facilities Capable to work in extreme outdoor conditions Responding to problems within facility Hilo experience preferred Conduct regular inspections to determine areas that need attention and then perform the tasks Inspect for burned-out light bulbs and replace them Change the filters in the air conditioning system Exterior maintenance items such as gates, parking lots and fences General cleaning on an as-needed Help mechanics in the shop keeping the area clean and organized. The person must be dependable, punctual, organized, highly motivated, dependable, hard-working, able to multi-task, excellent interpersonal abilities. Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. This position requires successful past a drug test and a criminal history background check.
