The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating metal components and structures according to specifications, ensuring high quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires math skills, ability to read blueprints and operate machinery like press breaks, shears and lasers. Operate machines, metalworking skills, physical demand and some welding. Assemble fabricated components according to project specifications, ensuring structural integrity and quality. Read a tape measure. Drive a high low. Help with shipping and receiving. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a small environment. Strong understanding of basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculation. Strong work ethic and desire to learn.
