Full Job Description Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate who also holds a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B) to join our team. This dual-role position involves warehouse associate with experience in Shipping/Receiving department and making timely deliveries using a company delivery truck. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to providing excellent service both in the warehouse and on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Perform order fulfillment duties, including picking, packing, kitting and shipping products
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments
• Build and assemble product displays or pallets as needed
• Operate mechanical equipment such as forklift truck
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and MIOSHA regulations
• Operate a delivery truck to deliver products to customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company policies while driving.
• Perform regular cycle counts
• Manage receiving and put away of stock
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
• Proficiency in operating mechanical equipment such as cherry pickers and RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to accurately count and pick stock, per work order/pick sheet
• Ability to drive a forklift-Hi/lo truck

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B) with a clean driving record. 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations and commercial driving. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to perform physical tasks as needed. Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
