Job Description

NOW HIRING - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
1st Shift Warehouse Associate Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm $15/hr The Warehouse Associate is responsible for repackaging products according to customer, company, and regulatory requirements while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards. This role supports warehouse operations by inspecting products, assembling repack configurations, labeling, and preparing finished goods for storage or shipment.

Key Responsibilities Repackage products into customer-specific configurations based on deliverables and quantity specifics Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage before and during the repack process. Apply labels, stickers, barcodes, and packaging materials according to work instructions. Assemble, shrink-wrap, bundle, and palletize products as required. Verify product counts and ensure inventory accuracy throughout the repack process. Maintain organized and clean workstations and warehouse areas. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment when authorized. Complete production and inventory documentation accurately. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or equipment issues to supervisors. Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and general warehouse duties as needed. Meet daily productivity and performance goals while maintaining quality standards. QualificationsRequired Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and counting skills. Preferred Previous warehouse, packaging, repack, assembly, or production experience.
