• Seasonal, Full-time Position Summary Michigan Medical and Rehabilitation Supply (MMRS) is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to support our growing medical supply operations.

This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate deliveries of medical equipment and supplies to patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners. This position combines driving, customer interaction, and warehouse responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail. Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Responsibilities Deliver medical supplies and equipment to patients' homes, assisted living facilities, and healthcare providers Provide courteous, respectful service to patients and caregivers Set up basic equipment when needed (training provided) Review delivery orders for accuracy and obtain required signatures Communicate delivery updates, delays, or issues to the office Follow all safety and compliance guidelines for transporting medical products Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of company vehicle Warehouse Responsibilities Pick, pack, and stage orders for daily delivery routes Receive incoming inventory and verify against packing slips Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficiency and cleanliness Assist with inventory counts and restocking Ensure products are properly labeled and stored Prepare equipment for delivery (cleaning, checking functionality, staging) Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic technology skills (smartphone/tablet for delivery tracking) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Combination of driving, warehouse work, and in-home deliveries Frequent bending, standing, and movement throughout the day Interaction with patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff Work in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement within MMRS Why Join MMRS Be part of a trusted, long-standing company serving Mid-Michigan Meaningful work helping patients maintain independence at home Team-oriented environment with strong community impact
