Warehouse Associate

Summary Our Saginaw warehouse is seeking a person who has great organizational skills, internal and external communication skills, and is detail oriented who could work handling problem resolution. Primary responsibilities for the position include problem resolution, product put-away, retrieval and packing; accuracy is a must! Must be at least 18 years old. Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of this job.

Essential Job Functions:

Safely assist in loading and unloading trucks. Pick and pack orders accurately for timely shipping. Maintain organized inventory within the warehouse environment. Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure smooth operations. Perform heavy lifting (50lb) as required to move products safely. Ability to climb stairs, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Computer skills to include data entry, MS Outlook, and email. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Performs other work-related duties as assigned. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards. Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen. Qualifications Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
