We are currently seeking a skilled General Labor to join our growing team. POSITION SUMMARY

The general labor position supports production operations by moving parts, materials, and equipment throughout the manufacturing facility, between buildings, and occasional offsite deliveries. This role also assists with parts cleaning, painting, stockroom/inventory, and shipping activities such as building pallets & crates. The position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work quickly. In addition to primary responsibilities, this role will perform other general labor tasks that do not require specialized training, education, or experience, as assigned by a supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

Transport parts, materials, and tools between production areas, stockroom, and other company buildings using carts, pallet trucks, forklift, and cargo van as needed Verify the parts and materials prior to transportation Make offsite deliveries/pickups using company vehicle Assist with stockroom activities, including preparing and organizing materials for production Help maintain accurate records of materials handled and delivered Support production flow by ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials Perform other general labor duties as assigned, which may include: powder coating, parts washing, deburring, moving racks and/or equipment, basic assembly tasks, restocking racks and shelves, build pallets and crates for shipping Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Proactively seek out tasks and work instructions when idle

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent Driver's license in good standing and clean driving record Prior manufacturing experience is an asset Prior forklift driving experience is an asset Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to read and follow basic work instructions Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Good physical fitness Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided) Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and inventory tracking Operating carpentry tools to build pallets & crates for shipping (training provided) Strong work ethic We offer a competitive salary, company paid benefits, 401(K) match-up, vacation/sick time and other perks.
